Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handled by the public InnRecon website. Hotel financial reports belong in the separate secure recovery application and are governed by the applicable customer agreement and recovery-platform privacy controls.
Effective: August 14, 2026
Information you provide
When you request an audit or contact InnRecon, the site may collect your business email, name, company, portfolio size, optional phone number and information you choose to provide.
Lead and acquisition information
The site may record the page where a request began, referral information, campaign parameters, browser user agent and a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for security and abuse protection. The public lead workflow is not designed to store raw IP addresses.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to audit requests, provide requested communications, operate and secure the website, measure acquisition performance and maintain business records.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential session cookies required for security and administration. Analytics or advertising technologies are only present when configured by InnRecon through the website administration settings. Third-party services may apply their own privacy terms.
Hotel financial reports
Do not submit hotel financial reports through ordinary website contact fields or public email forms. Financial audit files belong in the designated secure recovery intake workflow.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used to protect information handled by the website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Lead and business-contact records are retained as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Customer financial-data retention is governed separately by the recovery service agreement and recovery-platform controls.
